sup guys i was talking to -2 dealers in my area,cleve that said that i have to pay $100 for a diagnostic in order to see if my hfl does need replaced, i told them it does since it doesnt recog. voice comm, and they said they have to confirm it to see what it is ,anything i can do or say, any of you vets round here, i could sure use some help

There is a knock or clunk coming from the rear suspension. The noise can sound like loose items in the trunk or on the rear shelf.

Maybe there's something in it they didn't want to get out, or whatever.
