Yeah i think it's due to the USB port ribbon cable issue. I don't quite like the idea of rerouting a flimsy ribbon cable anyway. seems like a good way to make a vital part even more susceptible to damage.. I'd rather play with the tight clearances.

I always had decent aftermarket radios in my previous cars, but the TL dash is difficult to work with so a 7 inch tablet seems like the best course of action to add connectivity. The N7 can be had for cheap and is a great tablet with good support (although I could always whip my own rom) so it seems like the logical choice to me.

Hm my brother wanted to thank me for a few things I did for him and he said dark smoke glossy tail light precut vinyls are on my way. Not sure if I'm cool with that.

Like the look, but it might be tacky, precut might not fit edges perfectly and popo might be annoying. Then at the same time I can't *not* put them and be a dick about a gift. Can't expect him to buy me properly blacked out tail lights either.
