Yep, dampening and height...
and they are SIMPLE to adjust...especially with your little arms, you can adjust them with the wheels on the car...not like the annoying and track inspired (read harsh as fuck for an old timer) megan/f&f/bcracing with separate preload.

I wouldn't hesitate...they are a quality coil and I don't know why the fuck the are so cheap nowadays. Them and the H&R street performance I have on the S2000 are the same design...super easy to adjust.
