There was 4 of us. We met up and headed to gas monkey and got there around 6:15. Found about 5 mustangs and parked by them in the back lot. Didn't see you guys around so we went in for a few drinks and left around 8

Gonna be purchasing 4 new tires from tire rack pretty soon, does anyone know of a shop that can mount them for me without scratching my wheels up?

NPB - do you work the tail and headlights for members? I want to do something with mine. They are still stock. Message me with price. I can help too and bring some booze. Thanks man!

Vietx- I found that buying the tires online and then paying for installation was about the same price than buying them at Costco. They offer great warranty, free rotation, and they actually rebalance the tires every time you bring them in. I just did mine. Also, they are extremely picky and will respond to any damages they may cause. Just my two cents as I bought my 19" there a few months ago.... Good luck!

Thanks for the tip. The thing is I'm specifically purchasing Hankook S1 noble2 tires and I don't believe Costco carries it.

I also don't have a Costco membership and I need 235-40/18 and on the Costco website they don't carry any tires at all with those measurements.

Tire rack + separate installer seems to be my best option.

yeah, saw that you purchased those on the blackmarket, make sure they come with the gaskets. That with J-pipe & full exhaust, get bang for the buck.

sweet I saw those on the BM for $200 and that's a steal. You got a once in a life time deal for those. You are going to be very surprised at how loud your exhaust is going to sound afterwards. Who knows, you might even like it.

It had my ears ringing after I put on my ATLP exhaust. Constant drone on highway speeds. Couldn't even have a conversation in the car without yelling. The other person on the phone call would only hear exhaust.

I ended up getting a fat resonator welded in place to reduce the drone.

Any plans for Hondata Flashpro to bring it all together?

The cat on the back bank is the one that took me awhile to get done. Had to snake it through the top.

Definitely post updates of your install and final impressions after a good test drive, look forward to hearing it.

Yeah im planning on completing it with xlr8 V2 jpipe but im going to put the PCD on first and see what it sounds like. You know An the guy who sold u that exhaust moved back to McKinney. We went to three car meets last weekend. Renegade on Friday at 9pm off parker/tollway, then to another off coit/GB afterwards. Then we all met up on Sunday in Euless. TXTL group on FB is where all the meets are getting posted. Rolled 12 deep haha. Going to DFW Alliance sunday with 15 spots setup for us. Come out my peeps!

I usually go to the one at Coit and GB. Not a big fan of renegade. Coit/GBT is a fast car meet unfortunately it has been invaded now.

I think if we give it time, it'll die down again. The meet comes & goes.

Fast car meet is an understatement, though. Looked like a couple of C/B team guys from DR last I went by.

I need to get my new tires mounted this Tuesday. Anyone know someone that can mount tires without scratching up wheels?

If not, I might just have to go to discount tire and ask the guy to be careful and stand there to watch him lol

Well I don't work at a shop anymore, I work on Robots that weld parts for GM. I need to find a wheel guy too. My buddy went to AAA auto in Garland because I quit and he used to bring all his stuff to me to mount. So maybe try them, cheap and he said they haven't messed one up yet...

I got to Gio Tire Shop in Arlington, but I know that shit is far. They're careful when mounting, that also stretch tires.

Whens the next meet? Got my TL all fixed up since that last fiasco!

Yeah I live in South Dallas so everything north of down town is too far for me.

I'm just gonna go to gio tire shop I went there for a alignment a few months back and I know they have a mounting machine that is scratch free. Everything is nylon coated they say.

I called and it's $25/tire to mount and balance.

Discount Tire wanted $19/tire.
