Flash Is Really Jumping Ahead Now - DSSD
Now, I know this is really just for the enterprise guys, but if flash keeps trickling down and advancing (as it will) then there should be even more awesome stuff coming out. Custom NVMe flash cards, 100TB of usable capacity in 5U, 100 microseconds of latency, 100 GBps of throughput, and a new RAID scheme that practically fixes parity RAID...not that I even wanna know the price of this thing. I've been geeking out about it since last week, but I guess that's what EMC has done to me

Misread title. Had to do a double take. Initially thought it read "Flash Is Really Dead Now"

Pretty cool technology, I was talking to my friend that works at EMC about it a couple weeks ago. Would love to get my hands on one
