I've never used any of those plugins. I download everything I watch and then archive. I can usually grab things minutes after they have aired. Sometimes even before. But I have no idea about Mashup.

The only real reason I use XBMC is for the eye candy it can provide easily with meta data. If that wasn't there I would literally go back to a Western Digital TV.

any new apps you guys recommend for Kodi? I picked up a cheap Fire TV Stick on black Friday and now just opening the box to play with it... i already watched the video on how to sideload Kodi, but now do i need to add any additional plug-ins after that?

I think Genesis is the one to get. But I really hate Kodi and miss Popcorn Time. Such a mission to watch TWD the last few weeks. Sunday of the show terrible playback.

Install this repo http://areswizard.co.ul/zip, and then install one of the builds that it features. I normally install SpinzTV because I think it is the easiest but others like The Beast or BlackBox

Truthfully, I am now looking at the Roku. Originally I was going to go PRIME, but with the tax they charge here (in AZ), it doesn't seem worth it... I want to sideload Kodi, is that possible with the Roku4 or only the 3?
