Best/Safest way to clean a screen?

Bought a new HP 360 2 in 1 laptop it`s pretty nice except that when I use the touch screen in tablet mode the screen gets smudgy especially after my young niece get`s done with it.

Are there screen wipes or something in my house I can use that won`t scratch or smudge the screen?

Used a microfiber cloth lightly damp on one side and dry on the other. It worked great.
