The good - credible showing by my Bell handcuff DeAngelo
The bad - the guy I'm playing has Gronkowski
The ugly - Brady still sucks and was not hit hard enough or often enough.

I know this will happen with every single thing that doesn't go the way it should this season for the opposing team. Doesn't matter who is truly at fault or if it impacts the Patriots as well. With that said -

NFL says don't blame Pats for headset mishap

In this instance, you need to ask Roger why the headsets weren't working for either team.

You'd figure it's 2015 and they got billions. Come on NFL, pay for mental telepathy communication already.

Thx for the points Brady Of course I played against Gronk so that offset.

Lol heard that Tomlin was listening to the Pat's coaches the whole first half in the headsets.

'Technical issues'

Tomlin said they were listening to the Patriots radio broadcast for the majority of the first half.
The league controls the headsets and the league controls the frequencies. League said the inclement weather was a factor they dont test before the game?? It was flipping raining all day here in eastern MA.
The Patriots had similar isues, but that doesnt get the same coverage. The whole story is getting incremental airplay because it is the Patriots. If this happened in Pittsburg, the Patriots would still be accused. This gets so old but as I mentioned above, it will continue because it is the Patriots :

Correct, and the Pittsburgh coaches did make the league officials aware of it before the game even started. According to Tomlin, this happens every time they play at that stadium. It's ironic given the ESPN story that specifically listed issues with jamming opposing teams radios. Never once did I see the Pats coaches remove their radios, in fact, they were shown talking on them the whole first half. The Steelers coaches removed their headsets because they could not communicate

I wasn't paying that close attention to the coaches and headphones, but it seemed like every time Tomlin was shown on the sidelines he had his hat and headphones on. Mitchell and Haley -
It's hard to know what to believe because during the game Michelle Tafoya reported that the league turned off the Patriots headphones. I haven't seen anything this AM that says that either team had their headphones turned off. In fact what I have seen is that the Pats didn't have theirs turned off because the Steelers and the league said the problem was only intermittent - at least that is what I have seen. Hey it's the Patriots and so it means controversy. Just report on it and be first to do so - it doesn't matter what the truth really is...................

I was literary 15 feet from the steelers bench and I saw Todd Haley going insane over the headset ordeal. There had to have been 10 to 15 NFL employees all in suits trying to figure out how to fix it. Haley had to be restrained at one point. Obviously I was laughing my balls off

Place the blame squarely on the league -

The Steelers' accusations show the NFL is out of control

Cus he knew he would never get the ball with Gronk.

They could literally just throw the ball to Gronk all game. 8 yards. 4 yards. 20 yards. 7 yards.

I could see him catching 50 passes in 1 game for 300 yards and 5 TDS. Everyone knows they will throw to him and he still always catches the ball. lol.

I know it's a rare occurrence (go Pats!) but I don't recall anyone ever accusing the Patriots of cheating in a game where the Pats LOST. I mean, you have to assume at SOME point in their prolific dastardly cheating regimen, they would still lose, no?

No one seems to ever have a problem with the Pats unless the Pats beat them. Luckily, this is a regular occurrence.

It's hard to lose when you get a little help from your friends (the league)

I predict the Patriots and Brady will have an incredible season and run up the score on opponents like they did after spygate when they went 16-0

Surprised this didn't make it in here. Damn Pittsburgh coaches always stepping over the line of what's acceptable, I guess no one cares what losers do

The incident in question occurred before and after halftime of the Steelers' 28-21 loss on Thursday night. Daniel, who was on his way to the Steelers locker room, was seen allegedly kicking a Patriots fan in the back of his leg and yelling at the fan in front of witnesses.

By the time Daniel returned to the coaching booth after halftime, police and NFL security were waiting for him. Once the coach was identified by witnesses, and police approached him about controlling his behavior, Daniel began shouting at the police officer, according to witnesses.

That's because it might not have actually happened.

Steelers conducted an internal inquiry into the alleged incident involving Assistant Coach James Daniel.
We have conducted an internal inquiry into the alleged incident involving Assistant Coach James Daniel at the Patriots stadium Thursday night. After interviews with Coach Daniel as well as other personnel who witnessed the alleged encounter, we find no corroboration that Coach Daniel was involved in any physical altercation with a fan.

Coach Daniel has worked as an assistant coach for the Steelers for the past 12 seasons. We have a high level of confidence in his character and are confident that any further investigation of this incident will reveal he was not part of any assault or misconduct involving a Patriots fan.
There's one thing that Rooneys don't do, is lie.
