The NFLPA has just requested an expedited ruling before the season starts. There will not be a motion for an injunction.

They can ask all they want, it doesn't mean it will happen. Not sure why anyone would think this case would jump the line and be both heard and settled in less than 5 weeks. It could be, but I would expect there be more pressing matters and cases to be settled prior to this circus. Maybe it's an open and shut case

One other thought - If the NY Court / Judge decides or opts not to accelerate this case because of this joint filing, I would expect the NFLPA to file an injunction to allow Brady to play until the case is in fact heard.

From what I understand the NFL filed papers on a Wednesday in NY, Brady ad the NFLPA filed papers in Minnesota on Thursday. The Minnesota court system said NFL offices are in NY, Brady plays in New England, we're deferring this to NY.

Looks like the HOF has changed its mind and is if fact going to let Sydney Seau speak at her father's (Junior) induction ceremony.

Also just saw an article saying that one of the NFL officials said that because the balls are handmade, they could have developed small leaks.......

Agreed he probably shouldn't have destroyed his cell phone. Guilty or not, it flat out doesn't look good. Just more drama associated with this circus - cannot wait to have this all behind and actually start the 2015 season...........

A ranking like that just goes to show that there are more open positions for a starting professional quarterback than there are really good candidates. It's a very unusual situation and really goes to show how difficult being a pro QB is.

I agree completely. Why would any extremely famous person allow the potential for their personal electronics to end up in someone else's hands? Whether it looks good or not really doesn't matter either. It is not an admission of guilt nor evidence of it.
