Today was the worst fantasy day ever. Worst because of the ~15+ players that WENT OFF and had career days, I didn't own a single one. Not a single freaking one. Seriously - one guy in our league has Brady and Roethlisberger and the two of them outscored my entire roster (starters AND bench) by themselves. The guy I'm playing outscored my team with just three of his players. At least the Hawks won.

Yikes that was ugly against the Raiders, but I'll take a win.

Never thought losing Mack would make such a massive difference.

Why not Canada? It works for hockey and they already have Canadian football so the interest can't be too far away.

I don't think putting a team in Canada is as financially beneficial as a team in London. The NFL is already heavily followed in Canada. I don't think they'll have as much to gain compared to a team in Europe.

But its hard to get American athletes to want to play in Canada. I can't imagine they'd be thrilled with having to re-locate across the Atlantic.

Living in Europe is pretty kick@$$ if you ask me.

Esp. if you're rich.

Don't get me wrong, not saying Canada is better than Europe. Just pointing out that NBA athletes for example don't like dealing with Customs when they have to play or live Toronto.

Going to London is the same deal, + an additional 4 or 5 hours of flight time. Plus they're much further away from home.

Is there ESPN in London? Athletes hate that they can't get ESPN up here.

Have they watched ESPN lately? They should be grateful.

lol, did the Cowboys really get beat at home tonight by a 2-5 team with a 3 string QB?

(kudos for Colt McCoy though... I followed him when he was at Texas)

I liked an early London game. Waking up to football is great instead of crappy pre-game coverage. Only problem is for my fantasy lineup in case someone is a gametime decision.

My thoughts exactly! We get a taste of what those on the west coast get every Sunday.

Try to stay on topic. This thread is for discussion of pro football.

I did enjoy watching the Packers lay an egg on Sunday night.

That "Participation award" is hilarious.

I thought the Cowgirls were going to massacre my Skins. I was at least just hoping for something competitive but they surprised me, particularly the defense. It would have been a much different score if Colt's arm was strong enough to lead DJax out on those two throws he largely underthrew.

What is up with the NFC East and starting QB injuries?

Oh well Eagles win, Cowboys lose. All in all a good day.

So, am I wrong to say I think Dez Bryant is an idiot?

While I know Will Weeden is no second coming of Peyton, was yelling at the guy necessary by the diva WR...?

Been around for a few years at least. If you out of market games you may see some from it. I think espn america caters to Mehricans living abroad where sky sports 1 is cricket, rugby and futbol.
