Well things are shaping up to be pretty interesting in the last few weeks.
TCU (5) should win it's last two games.
OSU (6) should win it's last two games.
Baylor (7) has a #13 KSU at the end that could boost them over OSU and TCU to #5.
But then the Big 12 doesn't have a conference championship.
Speculation:
You have to think about MSU (4). Say MSU wins out and beats MISS (8) at MISS at the end of the year. But doesn't go to their own conference championship. They will have beaten a #8 and a #14. Do you pick them over a conference champion OSU? Who say beat a #11, #16, #25?
Certainly going to be fun.

#1, by five points, and one onside recovery away from possibly being undefeated and still #1.
OSU lost to now unranked 5-5 VT..

Forget the loss then. Who have they beat?
Certainly not going to be as black and white as your post suggests it will be.

Living the Dream
But Barret was making only his 2nd start and he is now arguably the best player in the country.
Come on Ole Miss! (or Auburn in the Iron Bowl )

you cant seriously discount that Miss St. made it out of the SEC west, with their only loss coming from the #1 team in the country.
there are FOUR top 15 teams in the west.. currently. right now.
who have they played? the entire west division.. there is no king here, all of the losses for these teams overlap.
MSU lost to bama, bama lost to ole miss, ole miss lost to LSU, LSU lost to bama and it goes on and on.
its nothing short of a miracle to get out of this conference with one loss, not to mention undefeated..

They played S MISS, UAB, S BAMA, UT Martin.
LSU isn't ranked.
A&M isn't ranked.
Auburn is #14.
A good loss to #1 Alabama.
And they play a #8 MISS @ MISS.
They have played two ranked teams. They won't make their conference championship.
Again, I wouldn't be so quick to assume things just because "SEC".

the above mentioned teams aren't ranked anymore because the lost to the teams that are still highly ranked.
LSU isn't ranked, but took bama to overtime, nearly Beat Mississippi state as well.
they beat ole miss which is still lingering up there.. LSU is inconsistent, not to be confused with bad.. A&M's losses are a bit more one-sided, but still, lost to the same 3 top ranked teams...
both LSU and A&M's records are due to losses against #1,#4, #8 and #14.. its safe to say "because SEC west*"
these are the things the committee sees that the average person doesn't...

“Well, they’ve diminished a little bit, but they’re still quality wins,” Jeff Long, chairman of the College Football Playoff committee, said of the Bulldogs wins against LSU, Auburn and A&M, teams that have 11 combined losses.

Body of work at the end of the year. Lol
There's a reason they are #4, no doubt. But in the end I don't think it will be so easily decided. Baylor, TCU, OSU all knocking on the door. The latter of which is the only one 4-7 that will play in a conference championship game.

MSU has a bye with Vandy this week, if they beat ole miss in their final game, especially by more than one score.. its locked in.
Bama has a better chance to lose against auburn IMO.

Ah that would be two losses each and Ole Miss beat Alabama.
I didn't factor in Ole Miss still has two SECW games to play.

FSU pulling shit outta their ass in the 4th quarter yet again. Goddam I hope they lose cus they look like crap. If they played in the SEC of Pac 12 or Big 12 they would have at least 3 losses by now.

I hate it when we get good Bo and someone else gets bad Bo.
Arkansas. People thought I was crazy when I said Georgia would lose on the road there, but with an OT loss to A&M, 1 pt loss to Bama, and shutouts against LSU and Ole Miss, they showed they shouldn't be counted out just because they are last in the SECW.

The officials of the LSU/TAMU could have at least tried to hide their bias to LSU. Calling a replay of the down 5 min after a failed third down conversion and completely ignoring the DT standing over the center when the ball was snapped on the final drive of the game?
If LSU didn't deserve to win that game, I would be ranting for a week.

The rest of the country drools over nights like tonight.
Ole miss beats Miss St.? Always feasible.
The rest of the football world thinks it's some kind of upset.
Enjoy that 4th spot whomever you are.

It's going to be OSU if we can barely get a win over Wisconsin with our third string QB.
Seriously, two Heisman hopeful QBs going down in a season. Sigh.

Not sure about this move with TCU. I think it's getting to be a bit unfair to FSU. Although at 4 it doesn't really matter I guess.

Well there is certainly some upset possibilities...

Big weekend and this thread is dead. Is that what happens when there is only one SEC with a destiny? Lol
I'm picking Arizona tonight! I think RR knows how to beat O and I think they will do it again tonight.
Alabama squashes Mizzou.
FSU beats GAT.
Wisc beats OSU in a nail bitter.

They win, they are in, so it ultimately doesn't matter.

Oregon vs. Arizona will be a good game tonight. Look forward to it. You will see Oregon beat Arizona in a good fashion. The Ducks are an awesome team to watch and they will play in the final game this year is my prediction.

hey I aint quiet, just aint shit happened lately lol.
Im picking AZ tonight... and I still have hope that FSU will be exposed prior to the final standings.
I have OSU winning but I wouldn't bet any money on it.

OSU depends on if we can keep Gordon between the tackles. If he gets outside a lot I think it's going to be tough for us.
I expect to see a lot of wildcat in the red zone. I wouldn't be surprised if we see Cardale with a touchdown (receiving).
