Warranty problems in Southern florida

I am having a terrible problem getting a warranty issue resolved at a dealership in southern florida. My 2012 MDX is the 4th Acura i have owned, and it will be the last unless I at least get the dealership to respond to repeated requests for a warranty problem. I would like to know how i can contact the Regional Service Manager for south Florida.

Thank You,

It'd probably help if you told us WHICH specific dealership you were working with.

Also have you tried another..?

I'd probably start with Acura Corporate.

Agree with thoiboi and Doom878. Try a different dealer and if needed contact Acura Client Services.
Also - your fellow AZ members might be able to help in other ways if you shared more details with you situation. Problem and/symptoms, diagnosis or lack there of, dealer issue, etc......

I have tried the corporate. They assigned a case number, and had a person call me one time - they left message to call back. I have been trying to call back (even have extension number) for one week, with no success. I guess they only make one call, and if not there let you hang out to dry.

NBP04TL4ME , before I went on this site, I tried my dealer in Md who I have bought 3 other acura's from, and even they couldn't do anything for me. They got no response form the fla dealership, whom they called on my behalf.

BTW, in case anyone cares, its DELRAY ACURA.

sure, the rear seat leather split at the seam with no use at all. I took it in, and on two separate occasions they took pictures to send to whomever has to make such a monumental decision on repair. I have called, and been by the dealership several times, always nobody has an answer, and promises to get back to me. Black Hole. I think they are having Service issues because there always seems to be a different service manager.

When I said no use at all, maybe for the 3 years before the split occurred about 8 hours of use in the back seat. It is a second low mileage car I only use 4 months per year, and hardly anybody ever sits in back. (kids grown)

Maybe one of your fellow Florida AZ members can offer some help with other dealers or perhaps dealing with a Regional Service Manager. Certainly sounds like you are getting the run around. This link might helps with some of the other Southern FL members - https://acurazine.com/forums/southea...-pines-928053/
