Woke up a couple times this morning, looked outside and it was raining.
Figure C&C would do a rain day. So now I'm up with nothing to do. Maybe I will clean the inside of the TL.

I did something similar to that but in a brand new CTS V-sport. I was sitting at the light next to enterprise and the Mercedes dealer about to make the left hand turn to go back to the dealership, found the traction control button, turned it off and had a little fun....it puckered up my butt hole. So much torque steer and it was the awd model making 440 hp

So I plan to put a deposit on Friday, for something, for the spring... my girlfriend hates me and my parents will be furious....

I'm pretty sure someone on here is going to ask "Why?"

I did it because I like them. And you can never have enough. And they are gonna look amazing.

Yes I just put on the AMG Wheels, but, these are rotiforms, I've wanted a set, and it just so happens they are red. It will be different but worth it.

Worst case scenario. I can always try to sell them for more or break even in expense if it doesn't work out.

I'm happy. Stupid. But Happy.

Also, QQ for my Charlotte area folks... do we still have someone who does t-shirts? If not, anyone have a recommendation?

I want to get some t-shirts made during the off-season from racing so I can start selling them in 2015 to help pay for some racing expenses. Figured you guys may know someone who can help out.

PS, I won the season championship on Saturday! Finished the season with 4 straight wins (including December's race, which clinched it) to take it. Disregard the pink shirts, the series sponsor thought it was hilarious to have us wear those at the awards banquet/trophy presentation!

I work and company party later that night.

Bruce quoted me $780 for the 07-08 Type S Aspec Kit in NBP to my door here in Charlotte. Cant imagine it would be more than $800.

So whats on everyone asking for from Santa?

I asked my parents for a Go Pro Hero 4. Pretty sure I am getting socks or a bag of Kingsford Charcoal...

I asked Santa for $$$$ because I need $$$$ to buy presents for everyone in the family Need to buy wifey a Christmas present and as far as me I'm ok with just going to NY to visit the family.

I might be 50/50 for Cars and Coffee this Saturday, depends what time I wake up after work.

What are you guys getting for your significant other? still thinking...

Well it appears the Red Rotiform wheels have fallen through.

Disappointed to say the least, but I think I will live.

I am planning now to do the Nexus 7 Tablet install. Its going to be a challenge, but hey, what project isnt.

Anyone want to give me a hand?

Would've made C&C, but was driving back from Ponte Vedra. Fun little trip...Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra. Got to drive a CTS and an F250 during it. The CTS was cramped, had the most miserable navigation system, and was anemic. Don't know if it's that the 3.6 just sucks or if the 3.6 is good and the car is too heavy, but either way, I wasn't impressed. The F250 was great to drive (towed the trailer we had with ease), but the interior, as with most recent Fords, was painful to look at. Didn't get the least bit sore on the 5+ hour drive back in it, though...definitely helps offset the crappy interior.

The wifey had her tonsils taken out last Monday and she was pretty miserable Sat morning, so no C&C for me... and judging by her slow and painful recovery, I'm not getting my tonsils removed.

On a side note... Hey Eric, you may be inheriting a few Rubbermaid's of LEGO's from me at some point. I want to make sure I give them a good home if I decide get rid of them.

The 3.6's arent bad engines but dont do much in a car that weighs as much as an elephant. They perform so much better in the ATS, preferably the ATS coupes. I just cant wait until the ATS-V comes out with the twin turbo 3.6

Anyone know of places or people to go to for tire mounting in Charlotte?

Discount Tire wont mount my tires, Eurowise wants alot of cash for them.

I've got 2 tires I need mounted for my fronts here after the holiday's then I will buy new ones.

I'd really like to avoid putting my stock wheels and tires back on.

Hopefully she recovers well. That sounds awful.

Inheriting a few rubbermaids of LEGO sounds like lots of joy! That would be awesome. Thank you in advance if you decide to get rid of them.

Haven't bought a gift for the GF yet. I need to soon though, she did all the shopping for everyone and I'm gonna help her with half of the bill. I usually get her a day at massage envy the massage place. Any gifts ideas for women?

I'm also good without a present this year, my girl spoiles me too much. But probably got something already. I'm just waiting for next year, maybe getting a new wheel setup. It may be a little more pricey this time around.
