2004 tl how to flash ecm after replacing

my ecm fried due to clogged ac drain ports and i ordered a new ecm, so when i physicaly replace it how do i so called flash or tune it to my car?

Dealership or a private shop that has the HDS scan tool. They will need the original ECU and the new one to flash the vehicle.

ECM should be plug and play... you will have to reprogram keys to the car though
