I, too, am wondering that. The houses on my street never go for sale, as most are the original owners still living here. 2 went for sale in the past 9 months and both sold in 4 days - one for asking price and the other for well above. The reason why this one stuck around was because it needed so much work, so I'd love to see what I could get for it. I would guess that these renovations, along with the master suite renovations (not posted yet) would probably increase value by about $60k? Probably wont know until its time to put a second story on the house.

Found something! Hard to tell what they are, but there are 3 different scenes (elephant w/butterflies and birds, butterflies w/net and butterfly on vintage camera) printed on vintage encyclopedia pages.
