2005 TL center Console Arm rest

My arm rest will not stay closed. The upper latch will not catch. It does not look as if anything is` broken. Any ideas?

I had the same issue. It is broken now... my own fault.

Try this again. Has anyone had this problem and know what the fix is. Trying to avoid process of elimination.

Most likely buy a new latch or lid.
