2nd Gen TL/CL DC Headers & Throttle Body Spacer

Hello everyone, first I have some DC Headers that will fit a 2nd Gen TL/CL or 6th Gen Accord that I would like to sell.

The GOOD: All the welds are intact and not leaking, and physical structure of the headers are completely intact.

The BAD: These are the 2 bolt flange design that have been known to leak. I had them sealed for about 6 months and then they started to leak around the gasket seal. There are some surface scratches and some rust starting to form but this does not affect performance and any manner. I received it in this condition.

Here are the pictures:

Secondly, I have a Helix Throttle Body Spacer.

The GOOD: It looks BRAND NEW, and the gasket has not been used.

The BAD: This Helix throttle body spacer fits a Honda V6 3.0 motor. This unfortunately will not fit the J32 motors, I checked on Helix's website. There are also 2 missing bolts, but those can easily be found at a Lowe's, Home Depot, Hardware Store etc.

Here are the pictures:

1. I would like $140.00 shipped OBO for the headers.
2. I would like 30.00 shipped for the Throttle Body Spacer

Thanks for looking!

Yes they fit the TL-P and TL-S. However, they do not fit 6 Speed Models. I know there appears to be a bend in the collector, but that collector will only fit on the front flange of the Y-pipe due to the design. I did try switching the collectors around to get the bend in the rear but the flanges did not line up.

The difference between the leaking and non-leaking design is the number of bolts for the flange, and the channel design for the crush seal. The leaking designed did not have a channel where the crush seal could be pre-set in, and also when tightening the 2 flange design the o-ring tends to shifts slightly if one is not carefully.

The new design, or other header designs have a channel and also 3 bolts to tighten along the flange providing a better chance of sealing them on the first try.

If you are interested please let me know, I have a box and shipping materials ready!

where was yours leaking from...it worries me that you said it was good and then started leaking 6 monts later...my worst nightmare...how do you make sure that these wont leak...where is the crush seal and the leaking flanges? are you talking about everyone?!?!
ALSO WILL THESE FIT ON A CL-S AUTO AND HOW MANY MILES ARE ON THESE?

My headers leaked from the GASKET SEAL, NOT FLANGES. I can't give you any guarantees or assurances because the leak that happens is due to the design of these particular headers. There have been a number or people that have reported this issue and this was probably one of the reasons why DC supposedly redesigned the headers, after this designed header you see above.

This will fit a CL-S Auto as I had it on a TL-S Auto and there shouldn't be anything different in regards to the motor set up.

Mileage on these headers is unknown, as I didn't obtain this information during the purchase of these headers last year. All I can tell you is that I only put roughly 1,000 miles on these as I drove a different car for the winter months.

I hope I answered your questions but if there are anymore let me know. My apologies if I should rude or abrupt however, I am just trying to be as straight forward as possible to avoid any misunderstandings.

*Bump*
