POP is a sign for a radar gun ready to fire. For those that didnt know.

 

So the title of this includes POP. Does this radar detector have POP or not?

 

How long have u used it for?

 

POP is actually very useful. It saves you in the situation when the cops don't leave their radar gun constantly on, but rather shoots in bursts at the cars. So, if you have POP, your detector will pick up the scatter signal that was bounced off of the previous car that was radar'd by the cop. But if you don't have POP, your detector won't go off till its too late.

 

I've owned it for about a year and according to the update this version does not come equipped with pop.

 

ive had mine for a year or so and i love it defintely better than the escort. Mike pick that up you need it

 

It's definitely money well spent.

 

Does anybody know if this would this work with a motorcycle?
