My 2008 TSX NBP (56K beware)

I bought my 2008 TSX NBP back in October, but the SoCal weather has prohibited nice pics until now

This is more or less my commute vehicle, so I wanted to keep an OEM look but still differentiate it a bit. So I went with '07 Civic Si wheels and a lip spoiler. The nice part about the Si wheels is that they fit on the OEM TSX Michelins, my TPMS fit right on there, and their 45mm offset lends a slightly more aggressive stance than the TSX 55mm wheels. The only thing different in the interior is a swap out the parchment mats for black...

Considering my wife and I are trying to have a child and I'm working on getting 19's for our MDX, this is about it for my TSX (except tint).

Hey! A TSX with the Si wheels! I remember I made a thread about getting these wheels.

Any plans for coilovers to reduce the wheel gap?

Thanks for the compliments guys. No plans for lowering, had previous cars that were lowered and now prefer normal height look and feel (I guess I'm getting old ).

For 17" OEMs that had the proper offset and could handle '08 TPMS, I narrowed it down to the 2003 CL Type-S and the 2006+ Civic Si wheels. As I mentioned I preferred the OEM look and eventually decided that the Si wheels were the look I wanted. I photoshopped the CL-S wheels and they did look good though...

(This is my car with CL-S wheels photoshopped)

But I'm glad I choose the Si wheels because in '06 the moment I saw the Civic Si I knew I wanted those wheels...I actually thought about putting them on my 2003 TL-S (although I went with 18's)...

Looks great! Black w/ parchment is a wondeful combo. I wouldn't tint it - car looks so clean and classy as-is. Why hide from the world?

Heh, having scraped 3-4" of snow off my TSX over the weekend and again yesterday, I must say be careful of what you complain about. Thankfully I'll have a garage by next winter.

Nice color combo, the Si wheels and the photoshop job with the CL Type-S wheels also both look great. Good luck with the first kid, it's a trip! The TSX is a great kid car.

yeah, here in SoCal a few inches of rain counts as a natural disaster...LOL

Thanks for the luck with the first kid, I know we're going to need it!

And as mentioned, yes, I have a wonderful time keeping both NBP vehicles clean ...luckily they're both garaged, but I still miss my WDP TL!
