If he has oil in his coolant or coolant in his oil then it's a blown head gasket which will occur if the car overheats. Does the car crank over? Or does it not start? How far did it overheat? If it overheated a lot why didn't he pull over and turn the car off? Need more symptoms.

Sounds like it ran hot and blew the headgasket. It can happen if you either lose all the coolant or run the motor over a period of time while hot (red area on gauge). Almost every engine will blow the headgasket under those conditions. So I don't think it would have been anything u did.

Well he said it will turn over but that it won't crank. None of the fluids are a problem they are all fine. He said that it went all the way into the red before he pulled over cause there was traffic so I don't know thats all I know for now. He was asking about something that looked like a sensor near the fuel filter and it had denso on it. Don't know why he would ask about that so thats all I know for now

My guess is that it was running hot for quite some time before he realized it resulting in a blown head gasket.

Do you know this person? Or is he just some guy that bought your car? If you know teh guy then help. If you don't......Why are you invloved? It's not your car, you have no reason to care.
I'd be pissed if someone that bought a car from me started to hassle me about problems he now has.
Once the car leaves your hands you have no idea how it's treated.

It's no longer your problem unless you make it your problem. It sounds like a blown head gasket to me too. If I remember correctly when my mom's car blew it's head gasket, there wasn't any mixing of fluids. Everything looked normal. The coolant wasn't circulating, the car over-heated and that was that.

Tell him to get the car towed to a shop he trusts and let them do a leak down test and that will tell him what he needs to do from there.
