I believe it's 4.6 quarts. Personally I'm using Redline Synthetic with an Amsoil filter.

I'm not sure about SoCal.. But if you can't find an AMS, Bosch Filters are good.

I use mobil1 oil and mobil1 M1-105 oversize filter. You can get Mobil1 full synthetic for about $18 for 5 quart container of it.

Mobile 1 at Bi-Mart 3.99/qt. This weeks coupon book. Wal-Mart is not frequented by this consumer. I use PureOne PL24458 filter.

Are Fram oil filter's that bad? When I took my car to have an oil change, I provided my own oil and filter. The only filter Autozone had for my car, for some reason, was a Fram filter. Since I needed a filter, I put a Fram on. Should I use another filter next time?

I just had my oil changed at Acura and I gave them an entire case of oil and the oil filter. They gave me back a half quart of oil! They always used to use 4.5 quarts. Bastards.
