Greetings to all,
I'm going to be a new Acura TL owner in the next few days. So you may find me in here posting questions from time to time.
I will be acquiring a 2000 TL model (friend/neighbors car) that had ben side swiped. The passenger door is ripped and needs replacing. Hoping to find a good quality door in the same color. G91M.
Question is: Has anyone ever replaced the entire door before? Is the wiring harness easy to plug into at a convenient location to tap into the main harness? What snafus lie ahead?
Any tips for getting the door to align? door panel off without damage (as there are ALWAYS ket tricks with every car). I'm praying for a straight door jamb/pilar. Hopefully this is just a cosmetic bump :-)
But the door won't easily open now, if at all.

As well, the front fender has a scrape and would like to replace at the same time. It this a simple job to unbolt and reinstall?
