Correct Tire Size

When i bought my 02' RL, it came with 20 x 8.5" wheels with 225/35/20 tires. Obviously the tires were bowed out and therefore wore out quick. I have searched and it seems that the correct size is 245/xx/20. Now my question that I haven't been able to get an answer to is with this new tire size will i get even or close to even treadwear given that i drive normally and rotate tires. Both sets of my last tires have almost the full tread in the middle of the tires and its a little upsetting. I'm stayin with 20's so please do not suggest a smaller wheel to correct the issue. Thank you all, yall have been a lot of help!

The OEM tire size for 02-04 RL is 225/55/16. Check this website.

You can install 245/30/20 tires only if the wheel width is over 8.5 inches.
