So this past summer my caliper siezed and was digging into the rotor a little. replaced the caliper and rotor as well as pad. My honda mechanic then flushed the break fluid a few weeks later. Now the same caliper is beginning to seize again. What gives? also its starting to dig into the newer rotor..... wtfrick

Did you replace the slider pins and rubber boots for them? Did you grease the slider pins? Were the holes that the slider pins go into corroded?

Like he said ^ check the pins and sliders make sure they're greased properly. If you're sure the fluid is clean and free of debris and pins are greased maybe you got a bad replacement. Only other thing I can imagine is a pinched brake line not allowing fluid to leave the caliper and keeping it closed longer than it needs to be.

^^Good ideas from both. Something else you can try. With the wheel off the ground, have someone step on the brake pedal really hard. Try to rotate the wheel as soon as the pedal is released. If it doesn't turn easily, open the bleeder. If it immediately frees up, your problem is hydraulic, typically a restricted hose. If it stays stuck it could be the caliper itself or the boots and slides.
