3G 2005 TL fog lamps question?

I have an 2005 TL. I want to install JDM yellow fog lamps into the bumper like the 06-08 models. What kit would you recommend buying for a TL? I saw some older posts on this site saying that 2003-05 Honda accord sedan fog lights would work. Just want to confirm. And also, how much would it cost to get them installed assuming I have all the parts of the kit? Also what shops would install them?

I plan on doing the Inspire fog mod myself, so I couldn't give you a price for getting them done. But here are a few links for what works for our cars.

I'm also interested in doing the fog light install. What else is needed besides the lights that you have posted links too.

I've yet to do the mod myself, but if you search "accord fog diy" you'll find a lot of helpful posts. But really all you need is the kit from the above link, a dremel, drill, screwdriver and screws. You may have to improvise at some point though.

You can always splice into the old fog light wires that are in the headlights. That's probably the easiest thing to do. Then you can still use the old switch too.

I sell both inspires and accord. I sell the true HONDA OEM accord fogs. Be aware and as many of you already know, aftermarket wiring is a risk (ESP using an HID kit)…Ive seen switches burn/melt/wiring melt etc…

oem fogs also are the only set to have a glare shield which puts more of the lighting onto the road, rather than be a nice glare/light to look at and possibly get pulled over for.

some after market fogs are also plastic which melt and the chrome on the inside isn't meant to take the heat, so that will start to melt/fad/crumble..

Are the kits you sell different from the ones provided in the links? Do either of them have the issues you report regarding melts?
