reposessed?

Three Wheelin'
Could corporate fleet mean it was a business car also?

What in the carfax leads people to believe that the car is a repo?
I see a few things odd about the CARFAX.
Three previous owners on a very low mileage car could mean that the car has an issue. Could it have something to do with the TPMS?
How does a car that is originally sold at Center Acura, traded at Center BMW then sold at auction, end back at Center Acura?
The thing that raises red flags with me is three owners.

I would avoid anything that says fleet vehicle.... Also IMO carfax dosen't show the whole story. You can have parts replaced, things painted and fixed etc and they won't show up on the carfax if they weren't reported.
And 3 owners is sketch. I'd say pass, unless its really really cheap.

Okay, taking this a bit off topic, but does it concern anyone that the car dealers are selling the service and repair data of your vehicle to CarFax, without your knowledge or consent?
I know it is helpful for a potential buyer, but the data are often incomplete and wrong. For example, how can the vehicle mentioned above have been driven only 2 miles in five months and then almost 3,000 miles in three days? Possible? Yes. Probable? No.

I think you should have the right to opt out of providing your car's private repair data to Carfax. A couple of years ago, I had a Honda that Pflueger Honda of Honolulu serviced. Its not-so-bright technicians entered the odometer reading incorrectly a couple of times, thereby creating an "odometer fraud alert" on the Carfax. Both the dealer and Carfax were completely unhelpful in solving the problem.
Also, major accidents often do not make it on the Carfax report. I have a friend who requested that his collision repair NOT be reported to Carfax by the autobody shop, and they were fine with that.
Carfax is NOT a database company with accurate data. It is a marketing company that presents unverified information in a factual way.
The best data come from the actual vehicle's repair records.

A "fleet vehicle" designation is relatively meaningless on a Carfax. All it means is that a corporate entity may have leased the vehicle on behalf of its employee. Many companies use fleet companies to lease and manage their employee vehicle programs. Enterprise has a division for this.
For example, my company provides me with a lease allowance of $XXX monthly. I tell them the make, model, colorway, options, etc, to the leasing company and it finds the vehicle and arranges the pick up and final turn-in. I think there are certain tax advantages using this method vs. a cash allowance directly to the employee, as my previous companies used to do.
