I think the staggered looks better then 10.5 all around, 10.5 is a little too big for the front.i just got a set 10.5 rear and 9 front. Will post pi s soon, sorry for hijacking your thread.

I like them both but I'm happy with what I got. 10.5 in the front would have required a bit more work too.

I wanted to give a shout out to user_error who was nice enough to come by last night and help me put on my new side skirts. He's a great guy! Next project will be the rear pieces (already have them) and the chrome trim.

My car is dirty as hell right now but I may clean it up a bit when I get home tonight and take some decent pictures with my new camera so I can show it off.

No prob Bro, Just keep that bucket away from me!

Hey have you done HID's in your Fogs yet? Trying to figure out what Temp Bulbs I need to match the oem headlights... I've got some brand new Phillips Ballasts in the garage. They screwed up when I got them for both my bikes and sent me 3 car kits and one bike kit so I ended up with 3 Extra Ballasts, Harnesses and Bulbs. Too bad it's the wrong size bulbs.

Yea, I did 6000K but I also swapped out my D2S to 6000k. I believe stock is 5000K.

Where'd you buy the bulbs? Hrmm... run 5k or change it all to 6k like every other vehicle we have... that is the question now I guess...

I think I got them off amazon or ebay. Xentec is the name of the brand. They are pretty cheap and have used there stuff on 3 cars and never had any problems.

i had bought xentec before.. tested it and it flickered.. threw the ballast away, kept the bulbs. it may just be that i had been lucky to get a bad one.. just sharing my experience.

I had a bad metal ballast that wouldn't always fire up a few years back but the new slim ones I haven't had an issue with yet.

Yeah sometimes Ballasts go bad no matter what make... I've got real Phillips in my truck top and bottom and high beams at some enormous expence to buy. One of their ballast even went bad granted I called in on the warrenty line and had a new one in a couple of days... but it still happens... I know the DDM's atleast in the sportbike world are known for melting wiring harnesses and lenses... Which is why I sware by the relay harnesses no matter how many people say their's dont melt their stock plug with out it... I've replaced way to many OEM Wring harnesses in bikes that were melted from HID's pulling too many amps. People always say but they are the same wattage yeah thats fine it's how many amps it draws thru the wires that melt shit...

Car looks sharp Matt, kinda split on the pinstripe, sometime i feel it would look cleaner without and sometimes i feel it helps to break up the monotony of the all black.

Either way car looks great.

Your TL looks very nice however your photos have too much yellow not unless that's the effect you were looking.

Make sure your white balance is set to auto on the camera, the reason your photos are all yellow tinted is the white balance is off, it was probably set to daylight and you were under fluorescent lighting. This is something you could easily correct in post process editing, check out Adobe Lightroom if you feel like you'll be doing more with photography in the future.

Appreciate the tips Alexander. It was set to some auto non tripod night setting. It was the only one I could get to come out clear. I'm gonna keep trying at it and hopefully I'll get better. I have Photoshop CS6, I was able to edit one decently but haven't really had any time to edit anymore.

So I spent the past 2 days finishing up a few things on the car. I wrapped the chrome on the door handles with some vinyl I found that matches the rim color. I also tinted the rear reflectors black, painted the rear Acura symbol the rim color, painted the mesh behind the beak the rim color, black chromed the front acura emblem (more just shiny black; went a little to crazy), removed the silver pin stripes, and user_error pretty much installed my rear lip and re-applied my front lip. He also helped put on my sides skirts the other day. I don't have any pictures yet since I was busy doing stuff to the car but I will post some soon! Lol I'm freaking beat now....

Love this photo, I can see how nice the matte black wheels go well with the car. I'm sure you have more than 1.6 on negative camber on the rear wheels, your tires are tuck in. Any uneven tire wearing you have notice. Just curious.

Those exhaust tips look amazing, imo the best i have seen.

The 4" seems to be the best option, the Ct Engineering axle back exhaust that i have on my car has a 3.5" and it seems a bit on the small side.

Thank you! It does have some negative camber; last time I had the wheel off I looked and it seemed to be fine and no uneven wear. I've only had the rims and tires on thought for like 2 months. I'm going to fix it at some point....

Thanks man I appreciate your comments!

I'm really happy with how they turned out. They look at lot better with the rear lip kit now. They were poking out slightly before it since they were so massive. They sit in there perfect now. I think its a good option for those who want to keep the stock exhaust.

why would you wrap the chrome handles? personal opinion... the handles give the car a type of VIP look.. unless you absolutely want to get rid of all chrome on your car..

can i see pics?

Lol I could see how that wouldn't make sense to do just the handles. Yes, I'm going to wrap all of the chrome on the car. I need more vinyl to do the chrome on the roof so I don't have any breaks in it so I did what I could do for then, plus to see if I liked it. I'll take some pics when I get a few minutes.

one option is to get 2012+ handles as they all come painted all the way with no chrome to match car..
