Nice!
Wish I could keep the wheels on year round .... damn NE salt and snow. Thinking about changing my wheels with some RS-721 or RJ Inspyres. Yours helps give some ideas.

ive been photoshopping those lights on my WDP all night last night.. so far, 3 members have done it. 2 NBP's & 1 SSM.... im wondering about the WDP..
i would like them to be slighty darker.. like a smokey gray, almost the color of our type-s sidemarkers....
me being the headlight guru that i am, i think i am going to try this project next....

Is there a better way to smoke those lights?

I tried it and abandoned it. There is still another way to do it as I said in that thread about "nightshades" but it requires perfection in spraying. I did it years ago on the inside of the lens of my old Mercedes 190E and it came out beautiful. The lens looked like it came that way from the factory. The thing is the lens was red and had a refracting pattern on it and I was smoking them out from the inside and it worked out. If you were to try and smoke out a crystal clear lens you will see the spray droplets more clearly and it wouldn't look right.
Another possiblity is to get a body shop to mix clear with a tiny bit of black and spray it lightly, it might work too.
Vinyl overlays, even the lighter ones are too dark for the lightly smoked out effect. Rockblockers sells a 20% (lighter) and 35% (darker) grade. I wish someone would market a 3rd type of tint overlay that is lighter say like a 10%. It would work on the headlights too. Even the 20% is too dark for the headlights even though many on the forum have done em.

Thanx for all the nice comments, I'm trying to get some more day time pics as well but just haven't had the time yet. But soon enough I will. I am waiting on some samples from one of our vendors for the tint overlays for the tail lamps so I will post up when that is done.
The fog mod I'm waiting on tripnbeats when he's available to assist with me on that since he seems very knowledgeable.

hello!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanx bro, the tail lights are TYPE S tails cleared out and swapped with the internals of a Regular TL tail light. I wanted to achieve a good level of contrast with my NBP so I went this route.
Haha... that's because I kept it totally stock until 3 weeks ago where I just went buck! Its cuz I was in Med School and I still am, so finding time to do anythign is hard. We gotta meet up when I'm back from Miami!
I defenitely will, its just time, but I'ma try to get this done soon enough. I'm on rotations now.
Its the contrast off the NBP that is making it appear that way, but its just cleared. Same with the headlights, I did a partial blackout/clear to give it that contrast.
The front bumper is part of the entire kit made by Ronjon. You can see more by going to www.ronjonwheels.com He makes the rims as well. I warn you, its not cheap, but its worth it. Your welcome RON!
I'm in Brickell area, in the ONE BROADWAY building. I'm defenitely game to meet up if you want to just PM me. I wanna meet alot of you S. Florida members.
