Grinding sound only on startup
My 2005 TL is making a slight grinding sound only on startup for about 2 seconds. It seems to do it when the engine has been started previously, not so much on cold start. It does not make any other sounds, everything seems normal. Almost like the starter is making it. Anyone have something like this happen?

Your starter might be a little slow to retract.
