Where's the best place to buy Type-S rims on/offline?
I'm in Canada but figure I'll need to order them out of the states.

I'll be putting them on my black on black '08 base TL. Any other issues I need to consider regarding clearance/spacers or anything?

Black interior with black paint? I'd try ebay first. You can get them from Acura but you'll pay a premium. I don't believe any spacers are needed and there shouldn't be any clearance issues.
