CLEARWATER, Fla. Court records show a financial settlement has been agreed upon between wrestler Terry Bollea better known as Hulk Hogan and his ex-wife.
The St. Petersburg Times reports Linda Bollea received a little more than 70 percent of the couple's liquid assets in their divorce settlement.
He agreed to give his ex-wife 40 percent ownership in his various companies and pay her an additional $3 million property settlement. Linda Bollea filed for divorce in 2009.
The settlement was confidential but came to light this week after it was attached to a new motion filed in court records.
The paper reports Linda Bollea received $7.44 million of the couple's $10.41 million that was held in bank and investment accounts. Terry Bollea will not pay his ex-wife alimony.

Regardless of the reason, giving someone (his wife) money because they feel entitled to it, because they're "too used to the lifestyle" is fucking ridiculous

I see this all the time with my business partners. We are out 24 hours, moving ships and the wives are at home living the lifestyle. Wives get bored, most are stay at home moms(including my wife.). Things go bad, divorce happens. Wives walk away with the house, half a mill in 401k money. Luckily La. isn't an alimony state but I have partners who are paying $4k a month in child support for 2 kids.
I love my wife to death and she is a great wife and an awesome mother. I hope we grow old together. But if things go south, I wont get married again. After we had orur 2 sons I got myself clipped for a myriad of reasons.

Terry is doing fine AND he is smarter than he lets on. His royalties and appearance fees are still strong, he has plenty coming in and won't have a problem. The one-time settlement was cheaper than alimony.
