Wheel Make/Model: Rotiforms BLQ R110
Wheel Size (**X**): 18 x 8.5
Wheel Offset (+**): +38
If lowered (amount):1.5" in the front and 1" in the back.
Looking on getting 245/35/18 tires as well. Will this setup work?

I've recently had a good friend pass away and we've been looking at wheels for my car for a while. I'm going for the "pitbull stance" on my car. I'd like to fit 18x10.5 +5 all around. I've got coilovers on but my car is essentially at stock ride height. Is this doable? There's also an option to stager them and run 18x9.5 + 15 in the front.

2G RL tire fitment
My wifes 2009 RL, stock suspension, Milanni wheels (18.5x18, +38). Current tires, 145x45 R18. Want to go with a wider tire so we don't scuff the wheels. Was wondering if 165x45 would work without rubbing? Any help choosing the would be great 👍.

Question on Brembo/Big Brake Clearance
Transmission (Auto)
2008 Acura TL Type S
Wheel Make/Model: Aodhan AFF7
Wheel Size (18 X 9.5)
Wheel Offset (+35)
If lowered (amount): 1.5" to 2"
Or
Wheel Make/Model: Niche Misano
Wheel Size (18 X 9.5)
Wheel Offset (+40) Forget this one, was told by the guys answering the technical questions for Niche that it wouldn't fit.
Could go:
Wheel Make/Model: Superspeed RF05RR
Wheel Size (18 X 9.5)
Wheel Offset (+38)
Would want to run 245/40 or 255/35 if possible.
Thanks!

18x9.5 +27
Tried searching but having difficulty finding answer to my question so forgive me if it’s been covered. I have an 06 base auto TL lowered on Tein adjustable coilovers. Recently purchased some Enkei 18x9.5 tires + 27 offset. I am going to wrap in 235/40/18 tires. My question is, am I going to have to pull/roll my fenders or modify the suspension in anyway for them to fit without rubbing. Thank you in advance

Because there is no clear-cut answer of yes or no, there's entirely too many variables. If you don't want to touch the body by either rolling or pulling, but if tires are rubbing, there's 3 options. Raise the car up, dial in more negative camber, or switch to a narrower tire.
Check out this site which has various diff setups, including if they need to roll/pull.

This guy has extremely similar setup (+22 instead of +27) and he needed to roll his fenders.

It won't just be your wheels and tires, but also how much you're dropped and what camber you go for.
I have a similar setup: 18×9.5 +38 with 10mm spacers (so effective offset of +28) on the same size tires, lowered around 2". I had my fenders rolled preemptively but I don't think it would have cleared the fenders without. I think +30-35 would be the max without rolling and having to camber the wheels more.
