03CLS6: Head Unit/Amp Install. Do I have it right?

I've done this on my 02TL, but the CL is different, and I'm changing my setup.
TL: JVC Single Din Video unit, stock speaks, and Alpine 1000w + 2x10" in the back. That was pretty easy and straightforward.

CL: I've picked up a new dual din head unit: DDX770, so it has built in filters/crossovers. I picked up a cheap Sound Ordinance M-4050 to amp the speakers. I'm not adding any woofers yet, I need to concentrate more in this car till I have my shifting right anyways.

HU: Being that it has built in filters/x-over do I need to change anything about the front speakers?

Speaker Wire: Can I pipe into the stock speaker wiring from the amp in the back? I basically want to swap it out with the m-4050. I know I'll need to run new ground, power, and 12v ACC wires, but can the stock wires handle 50wRMS?

Equalizer:? Is there a factory equal or xover on top of the amp somewhere, or does the amp handle the filtering?

I think that's all I have right now... just waiting on the dual din mounting kit. I have 2 on order, let's see which one pops up first

Well this is solved. I can and did remove the stock amp harness at the back, and tapped into its wires for the speakers. No Issues so far. I'm going to upgrade rear speakers first, and just direct wire to my new amp.
