2009 CTS-V Sales Consultant Details Book

Great details and a comparo with the C63/E63, IS-F, and M5.
Just posting out of general interest. I'm going to try to score one of these in paper to add to my V brochure collection.
The whole brochure strikes me as....."U-S-A! U-S-A!"

They also say it went from a 3.2L V6 to.... and it was an I6. If they are splitting hairs then everyone splits hairs. Cool car, but seems kind of sad if you have to produce such a document to justify purchasing one, there is so much more to any car then how it specs out on paper.

Don't forget, the brochure is for salespeople, to try to talk them into buying a V instead of an M3, etc., and they assume that the person who is looking at a V is looking at other supercars AND will know as much, if not more, than the salesman. It's really not for us lay folk. They should get their facts straight, though, admittedly.
I posted this mostly because I've never seen an "internal" sales document such as this. The guy I bought my V from certainly knew his stuff, as much as I did about the car, and now I know why.
BTW....driving this car with the windows down is pure sex now that I have the Corsas. Holy fawk it sounds good.

Also, in comparing to the IS-F, the IS-F has two piston calipers in back, while the CTS-V has four pistons in back. That is a two-piston difference, not four, as the manual had stated.
Someone hsould get fired for misleading people and not doing a QA on this.

Some dude
The CTS-V is amazing. Now all Cadillac needs is a sub CTS-V car that can take on the M3/C63/IS-F/RS4 so the CTS can just battle it out with the M5/E63/RS6.

I recently drove a new CTS-V and I was dumbstruck by the amount of power and V8 thrust...Pictures really don't do it justice, it must be seen in person to be appreciated, it's a gorgeous ride and a fast one at that.

I passed one last Thursday night. Beautiful black one with darkly tinted windows. Such a gorgeous car. The owner was just cruising, making everyone around jealous. Such a sweet ride...
