Use a 12Volt test light and find the wire for the hot power on those lights.
Clip a connecter to it - insert new wire and clamp shut- cover with tape.

Am I an idiot because I dont know what that means? I mean there are like 23984723984729834 wires in that section where the fuses are... Just do it by trial and error?

Just as a general caution, be very careful when you're working on the wiring. If your're not careful you can fry some expensive electronics and you can actually disable your car.
One forum member had this happen recently while wiring up door handle LEDs.

Well actually my car did start doing wierd things after I installed the wiring... My aftermarket alarm would lock/unlock the doors and some other small stuff but t seemed to work itself all out and now everthing is fine...
