Paint start to peel

I just want to say thanks for reading the post. I noticed small crack under the break light on the top and the paint is peeling in the same spot. I called dealership to get it fixed, they took picture of the crack and the paint peeling. I was told to bring back to get it fixed as soon as they get an approval. I told them the car is 1 yr old, it should be covered within warranty without any approval. So I left and it has been 3 days, should I call them and complain or wait for them to contact me? I'm kind of disappointed with their services. Thanks

Wouldn't hurt to call Acura Corporate. They might be able to get the ball rolling.. On the other hand I'm sure they aren't going to repaint any part of your car without getting approval in writing to make sure they are reimbursed, and I can understand that. It wouldn't hurt to call you to follow up though. Even if it's to tell you they are still waiting, at least you would know they haven't forgot about you. Good luck, should definitely be covered.
