Your easiest fit would be another J32A1 or J32A2 (not sure which one is in your car, probably the former); my understanding is your one other option for a bolt-in engine swap is a J35A3.

What are your expectations? Just a younger engine or more power? I agree with teh CL, J35A3 will give you the best gains for the money but you'll still have unrealized potential without a Type-S ECU.
