Oldsman, please call the hotel back - BE SURE TO TELL THEM THAT YOU ARE WITH ACURAZINE. They will get you a room-if you don't mention AcuraZine, they will tell you they don't have rooms available.

I told the gal that that answered the phone I wanted to book a room in the Acurazine / Jay Wolfe Acura block, and she told me they didn't have any. Either a newbie or an employee that fails to listen to the customer or one that just plain doesn't care. I'll try again. Thanks Steven.
