TCS Flash and Grunt revisited

Component Name: 036100 SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:ANTILOCK:CONTROL UNIT/MODULE
NHTSA #: 1002
SUMMARY: THE COMPACT ABS/TCS (MODULATOR, PUMP, AND ACCUMULATOR ALL IN ONE) SYSTEM DOES A SELF-CHECK (A BRIEF GRUNT OR GROAN) WHEN BACKING OUT OF THE GARAGE OR DRIVE FORWARD AFTER THE VEHICLE'S BEEN SITTING. THE NOISE IS NORMAL. OCTOBER TECH LINE I
My 2001 TL does this grunt and TCS flash every time from stop in forward and reverse. No error code and no other warning lights.
Had trans replaced last week and it is still happening!!!
Anyone have this problem? Better yet, anyone dx and solve this issue?
