Arrow Replacing Timing belt tomorrow, anyway to replace the Camshaft / Crankshaft seals?

Anyway to replace the camshaft and crankshaft seals without taking the valve covers off? I might as well do them also.

Those seals don't go bad, so don't worry about it.
