Has anyone done a pictorial DIY tranny fluid change for the 2nd Gen CLs?
Transmission oil filter DIY with pics for 2nd Gen CLs? (Found a good one for TLs but not sure if exactly the same.)

I just did mine for the first time last week and I just watched this video and it helped
Draining wasn't a problem, hardest part was finding the damn filler bolt! He shows it in the video, but it was hard to find on my vehicle. I could take a picture tonight and put something up

Same exact car minus 2 doors done the exact same way.

Video shows the drain bolt on his car as being alone with nothing on top of it.
However my CLS has a transmission cooler hose running right thru the middle of the bolt. Where hose meets bolt is an O-ring. Best to replace.

Yes please do take a pic. I was able to find mine but im sure others would appreciate a filler bolt location pic.

The link you posted is a great pictorial if one is doing the external transmission filter also. Very helpful pics.

However, if one is doing the filter every other change (as i am), and just wants to flush and replace the fluid (not do a filter change) the link fsttyms1 is referring to this great YouTube of a "10 Min Automatic Transmission Fluid Flush + Replacement"
No need to fiddle with oil jet hose and all the related bolts to taking off the transmission filter.
