flex pipe?

bottomed out really bad, now I got a noise that comes and goes by itself (seems to come when suspension gets jolted/bounced around)

worsens when i accelerate, had exhaust checked professionally, no leaks, flex pipe was torn from bottom out, but exhaust professional says nothing is loose.

took off catalytic converter cover, put it back on super snug, noise comes back after suspension gets jolted around (from bouncing)

gonna take off cat cover tomorrow and leave it off see if thats the issue.

heres a pic of torn flex pipe (which exhaust professional says is fine with regards to noise)

heres a vid of the noise (right after i start car and intake noise goes away) at 4, 10, and 17 seconds, then when i rev you can hear it

I had a similar noise and thought it was the cat heat shield. But it ended up being a loose o2 sensor.
