Engine vibration

I own a 96 TL 3.2 with 192,000 miles. Lately I have been getting a steady vibration in the engine that wasn't there before. Everything else is still the same - starts fine, good acceleration, good gas mileage, same RPM at idle and no check engine codes.

I replaced the spark plugs about 30k miles ago with NGK's and recently I added a bottle of the Lucas injector cleaner to the fuel tank, but that didn't change anything.

It isn't burning anymore oil than the usual quart every 1500 miles, but I do get white smoke after driving away from stop lights, it stops after 5-10 seconds. I have had this white smoke problem since 50,000 miles ago. From what everyone tells me it is probably worn valve stem seals which I don't plan to do anything about.

I'm not looking to win a beauty contest with this car - just try to get another 10-15k miles out of it.

I drive 20 miles a day r/t to the bus stop and pass 2 stop signs getting there, the rest is 55-60 mph steady.

Here is my question - is this vibration something that should be checked or can I just live with it?
