Check out the 7th picture down...the profile of Nighthawk Black. Anyone else see hints of the old BMW 850Ci there? By the way, I think that's a good thing. This car looks sweet!

VtecMW, which TL do you plan on getting? The 6 speed or the 6 speed A Spec package?
Just curious as it seems (I think) this A Spec package with 18's is pretty late breaking news.

domn, I agree, the timing of the A-Spec info is definitely questionable. I'm not stressing it though, as the A-Spec package may be too overdone, and not worth the extra money. Ideally, they should give us complimentary A-Spec packages for delaying production of the 6MTs!
To answer your question, I'm going to get the standard 6MT. I plan on upgrading to the A-Spec springs and going with my own 18" wheel and tire package. I'm being as secretive about my wheels as Acura and Honda are with releasing new car info! I doubt I'll go with the Aero body kit unless it really looks sweet. No decklid spoiler for me, however.
Check me out in the Spring!

Color samples?
Do we have any samples of the actual colors? Specifically, I'm trying to decide between Abyss Blue, Desert Mist and Deep Pearl Green. The swatches at TOV seemed to be more than a little inaccurate.
Also I'd like to see Camel and Parchment up close.

Am I the only one having a very hard time deciding between quartz and ebony?? I have been to see the quartz and ebony in the TSX, and I think I very slightly prefer the ebony. The TL, however, appears to be an entirely different beast. The quartz has a darker look in the pictures that contrasts nicely with the black wheel/center console. I like black interiors, but ONLY if the black is very dark with a matte finish, like in the TSX. Faded or shiny black leather is horrific...
My brain is numb at looking at the different color interiors so much -- I just can't decide... :'(
Oh, and one last thing -- in the first message of this thread, is the 5th photo from the top a pic of the anthracite exterior?

Grrr. The mini-site has closed up. I tried to access it around 8PM Eastern time and it wouldn't connect. Now they have the old "Concept TL" icon back up again. Lucky you guys got the pictures when you did. I was only able to view the limited site earlier today.

The TL minisite just worked for me ... went through the whole thing ... very nice work by the Acura web staff.

I forgot that I had Netscape set to block pop-ups. I went to Explorer and got in (after batting down 5 or 6 external pop-ups). There is no car under $55K that I would want other than this one. Other than the omission of Onstar it is perfect as I have seen. The competitiors are going to have to crank up their marketing machine to deafening levels if they expect to outsell the TL.

I saw that color and fell in love, its not GREY which I originally thought, and its more of a whitish color
Now I know I want that color

Wow! Those shots really make the car look nice.
If the car drives as good as it looks. Acura will definitely have a winner. I think I'll wait and see how the A-spec version looks, before making a decision. I wonder does the A-spec come with fog lights?

The A-spec is a dealer-installed accessory, so don't expect to see anything on it until either the brochures come out or until after the Ride & Drive (I'm crossing my fingers that they will have a car there that has it equipped). Don't get your hopes up about seeing images of the A-spec package frmo the Ride & Drive, but have guarded optimism. No, it will not have fogs with it. Those are going to be a separate dealer-installed option.
