WilzRSX's Progress Thread-New Ride!
Thought I should start a Progress Thread.
My previous car was a 2002 Acura RSX-S, until was involved in a accident causing it to be totaled. The RSX-S was previously a salvage title that was repaired, then inspected by the state, and re-titled to a rebuilt title. Below are pics of when it was salvage before the rebuild.
Below are pics before it got totaled
Below are pics after the accident
Since the RSX-S was totaled, it was time to look for a new vehicle as I had a son at the time and my wife and I were trying to have a 2nd child, so needed something more practical. I had looked at the RDX, TSX, and the TL. I ended up picking the TL since it had the most room out of all three. So I picked up my 2004 AM TL in December of 2009. Pic of when I got the TL home.

It's ironic that your RSX had met the same fate as when you had initially picked it up. Great progress on the TL and I was wondering if you'll be modding the headlights/tail lights in the future.

Pics of a couple small mods I did earlier this year
Ultimate Cooling Mod, used same method as rockstar143, thanks
Front Plate Mod, I can flip it underneath for meets and photoshoots. Front plate is required and don't feel like being hassled by cops. I got pulled over once by State Trooper for not having a front plate and got a warning.

Hey man, thanks for the shout out...
for a second I was like...WTF, did he take my pictures of my UCM!??!
Nicely done! SO far, LOVE the progress...coming from a blaze orange metallic rsx...I know the pain of leaving that baby behind...but look at it this way, they're getting stolen left and right now...that k20 is too desirable for a car that's off the market.

The V1 concealed display looks slightly crooked!! Other than that, everything looks nice.

Nice work Will. And my new-ish Endless brakes are sick...love em! Did you get that Swift license plate holder for $60? I'm going to finally do that too. Bought the same decals from Ebay as well. $9 is a great price! Btw...where did you get those bumper plugs & how much were they? Thanks bro.

I'm changing out the Bumper Decal for the Black Chrome Domed Decals here https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/group-buy-thread-acura-domed-decals-front-bumper-new-price-%2425-00-shipped-860043/
I got the bumper plugs from the dealer, they're like $7 each.

Awesome lights bro! Those are going to look so sick. I have been thinking of getting a set from JnC as well. Pretty much your same setup but with colormatch interior, CF corners, & maybe halos...we'll see. Looking forward to pics once you install

Good looking headlights. They'll look great on your TL.

It displays the exact same information on the V1, but you can put it anywhere you see fit.
Since I have my V1 almost all the way behind the rear view mirror except for the sensor going to the rear of the car, I can't see anything that would be displayed, which is where the concealed comes in handy.

Update: JnC Headlights installed
Update: Installed the custom JnC Headlights this morning, took a little over 3 hrs since it was my first time removing the front bumper and I took my time with everything. Also installed V-LED V2 Switchbacks and the resistor mod for the hyper flashing.
