Changed my front brembo rotors, and found out this

Both front OEM brembo rotors have dents on both sides. Strange, does anyone know what they are for?

I believe that's how the rotor is balanced at the factory as material is removed to make it in spec.

Ahh, I see, thanks, guys. Initially I was thinking of swapping them then found the dent on the other side as well. Lol
