Rock Chips help

I have an 09 Red Basque Pearl TL-SHAWD, I love the color but after 18k miles I have gotten numerous rock chips on the front bumper. I detail it every month (2washes + polish+ 2 coats wax+sealant, and drive pretty conservatively as well. There is 1 chip on the grill as well where you can see the paint caking onto the side. All the rock chips have eaten through the paint so it looks pretty horrific to my eyes. What are my options that will help me make it better again?

All the washing etc has no bearing on getting chips .. you can try the touch up paint and hope it blends. Only thing going to prevent them is clear bra or a nose bra.

Acura paint is notoriously soft and will chip if you look at it wrong. A clear bra is a must but I would not have one installed until the bumper is repainted. If you decide to use touch-up paint then you will need to wet sand and polish the spots or a clear bra will not lay properly.

I would recommend going with Dr. ColorChip. The touch up paint in each kit is custom made per application so there is no second guessing about the exact color to use. The kit is really easy to use and requires very little time or skill level.

Like others have said, a clear bra is your best bet in the future for protecting the front of the vehicle against rock chips.

I'll be trying Dr. Color Chip soon. I suppose you have to remove the sealant that is on the car first, no?

Yeep but just wash the area "only" with Dawn then dry and wipe down with IPA and that should be all you need for sealant removal.
