Well the old girl is ready

Had the car stored since the end of Oct. so it was in pretty good shape.

Here is what I did a panel at a time.

1) Wash with ONR and dry with WW towel.
2) Clay with Recardo clay. ( Yeep I have 3 packages of it )
3) Polished with Opt. Polish on a white pad. ( found a couple of shallow scratches that I used Opt. Compound on a yellow pad to fix )
4) Rubbing Alcohol wipe down
5) Klasse AIO
6) Klasse SG X 2
7) 4* UPP x 2 ( so far ) prolly end up with 7 or 8 when I'm done.
8) Added ASpec lowers all the way around.
9) Added my hidden front plate mechanism.
10) Black vinyl hood overlay on the way.

I like the 6 & 7 combo on my WDP because the SG gives it the hard generic glass shine and the UPP adds depth and really makes the pearl pop... UPP is also great on the vinyl roof overlay.

I used to use Zaino Z2 as a base but on WDP I didn't see much if any difference over SG and my Z2 was running out and I wasn't about to put out the $$ for more.

I'll post a few pix once the weather cooperates.

I just find using a PC for the LSPs is I waste a lot that gets absorbed into the pad and there are so many places the pad wont reach and I have to us an applicator I just don't bother.

When you do a lot of cars the waste really adds up.

Dale---AWESOME! Love the wheels and calipers too. Hey, have you ever considered painting the engine covers? I just did mine and really like them. On a class ride like yours, it would be crazy hot!

Great stuff .. need to use up the "old" one first... but you can see by the reflection on the vinyl roof how well it shines.

Wow...I think you have the nicest 3G TL I've seen on this website. Your mods are classy and the drop on the car is good. You didn't slam the car and shove the tires into the wheel wells and negative camber them. You didn't whore the car out.

Plus I'm partial to white cars.

How much room do you have under the car .. cuz it will fold under in less then the plate height because of the articulation the hinges provide.

Measure it and I'll see if it will clear.
