Oh ok very cool.

I was going to purchase the swift plate but I don't have the 9" deep flat area required for placement under my front spoiler. Dan1629 said that he had to cut the back of the universal bracket to size, bend it at a 90 degree angle and then tuck the bracket behind the lower rad plastic shield... After reading that I looked under my front bumper and yea I'm totally confused.

I definitely think I should give this a try. Very affordable and looks great from the front. It actually looks like it may be less noticeable then the swift plate. Any extra tips or recommendations before I go to the hardware store?

Isn't this your "hidden plate prototype" thread? I searched anyways and it just came back to this thread.. I've read through already and I'm good. I was just complimenting you and asking if there's any extra tips I should know before beginning. If not that's cool. Thanks.

Just completed this mod. Works, and looks great. Cheap too. Got a ticket, and 2 weeks later got stopped again by the same cop. Can't afford the $70.00 "No tag display" tickets in MD. Thanks Jesstzn
