Ever wonder why the legend had a few little extras, that never trickled down to the RL ? ? ? .... like the door shut assist, and how the lock hole would light up on the door handle.

true on the key hole. Door shut assist was a feature that Mercedes has used for quite some years now. You just have to pull the door till it latches, and then it closes itself all the way.

The self closing door was a feature on the Legend coupes. It was cool but if I had to guess, it probably was the first thing to go on those.
The illuminated keyhole is a useful feature. I have it on my '91 Prelude.
